| We have just introduced a ticketing system to improve our support efficiency. What does this mean to our customers? The help desk ticketing system allows us to track and prioritise support and ensure all support requests are handled efficiently.
The help desk system will improve the level of support we provide as it allows us to track problems and resolutions and monitor our effectiveness. We can also use information gained from previous support incidents to diagnose issues and present solutions. We keep all tickets in the system so that users can sign in to view previous support tickets and they can also view tickets from other users within their school.

Customers who have pre-ordered V4 should be receiving emails with their license files and download links as I type this. |
